Order
How do I choose my size?
With us, the size also determines the length: the larger the size, the longer the abaya. So choose based on your height first, before your build. The size chart is on each product page, with the total length in centimeters. If you're unsure, write us your height in centimeters — we'll get back to you quickly.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your package has not left the workshop. Write to us as soon as possible at contact.sabili@gmail.com with your order number, and we will take care of it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card and PayPal. Transactions are fully secured, and we never have access to your bank details.
Delivery
What is the delivery time?
Your orders depart from the United Arab Emirates every Monday and Thursday at 3 PM local time. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for receipt, not including weekends and public holidays.
An order placed after Thursday 3 PM will therefore depart the following Monday.
When can I track my package?
Tracking becomes active upon the package's arrival in France, when the French carrier takes charge of it. Between departure from the Emirates and this moment, your order is in transit — it is normal not to see the tracking move for a few days.
Will I pay customs fees or taxes?
No. Taxes and customs fees are included in the displayed price. You have nothing to pay upon receipt, nothing to anticipate.
How much does delivery cost?
In France: €4.99, free for orders of €100 or more. For other European countries, shipping costs depend on the destination country.

Returns and Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my abaya?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with its tags.
How do I proceed?
Write to us at contact.sabili@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you the procedure and return address within 24 business hours.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in case of an error on our part, wrong item, wrong size sent, or defective item. In such cases, we cover all costs.
When will I be refunded?
Upon receipt and verification of the package, to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the transaction.

What material are your abayas made of?
The composition is specified on each product page. We prioritize fabrics chosen for their drape and durability.
How to care for it?
Wash at 30° maximum, inside out, without fabric softener. Dry flat, away from direct sunlight. Iron on low heat if necessary. This helps black retain its depth much longer.
Can black bleed?
No, provided you follow the care instructions. As a precaution, wash the item separately for the first few times.
